LIVE OR DIE...

"note to self...live like I'm dyin', and then, live like I'm ALIVE!"

Time - a precious commodity...yet, most of us don't realize how precious it really is. We take for granted that the next breath will be there for us to breathe, or that tomorrow we take care of all the things we should have taken care of today. Only if we're fortunate enough to embrace another day of life will we have the opportunity to fulfill our dreams and goals.

Right now is it! It really is...time only exists within our mind, and our mind archives all the "nows" we experience throughout our life up until this moment. Anything beyond this moment is a figment of our imagination, literally. We project what we want to happen next, but we won't know for sure until "next" actually happens, and then, into the archives.

Each passing moment is a precursor to the next, and if we are not living presently in the now moment, we are missing out on the most precious gift we have been given.

So, right now, in this moment, give thanks for the life you have, for the people in it, for the times that have past and taught you valuable lessons, and all the experiences that give you the courage to FULLY live in this moment; complete and exhaustively full.

Get busy livin, or get busy dyin', you've heard that before --- either way, you're headed to the same destination as everyone else. I choose to simply do it in a way where I can fully take advantage of every single moment and relish it with deep appreciation, right NOW.

Our focus is too deeply tuned to the "what if's" rather than the "this is it" ---

There are two things we absolutely have NO control over; what has happened already, and that which hasn't happened yet. Well, that leaves us with the one thing we are in control of...right now! We can control how we feel, right now.

I'm not waiting to feel wealthy, exhilarated, joyful, healthy, loved, and complete. I am all this and more, right now! Live or die...I choose to LIVE before I die. view sourceprint?1
